Shipping

Domestic shipping within Malaysia will be carried out by PosLaju Courier Service. The Kembara also ships worldwide.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reasons you are not happy with your Bebe Sachi Boutique purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange. You can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt subject to confirmation with us by email or Facebook.

The following guidelines apply:

  • Returns cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise
  • Discounted/special priced items are final sales and will not be accepted for Returns/Exchanges
  • Return Items should be sent to us at Customer’s own cost. Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for a return/exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post.
